As promised when we premiered the Blackedout remix of Nashville producers Basecamp‘s “Emmanuel,” the new remixes EP would additionally include an impressive roster of guest remixers. Here’s Parisian favorite Stwo‘s remix of “Emmanual” and UK producer Joe Hertz‘s remix of “Rydia.”
Stwo’s remix takes the original downtempo R&B track and adds glitter and charm to transform it into a sort of beatmaker’s lullaby. In contrast, Hertz’ version of “Rydia” is a building soulful house/garage tune made for the dancefloor. We’re really digging the diversity on this remix project.
The Basecamp EP is available now on iTunes. Stay tuned for the upcoming release and stream the two new remixes here.
