LeMarquis's Ludacris Flip + Exclusive Mixtape for Bathroom

Ever wonder what it would sound like if Ludacris decided to explore the dance music genre? Producer LeMarquis of Paris-based DiscoThrill Records might have made a case for it. With catchy synths and a silky bassline reminiscent of Kaytranada tracks (who is dropped in this mix!), his remix of 2003’s “Stand Up” re-purposes the aggressive hip-hop track for the smooth and grooving.

Also, in his exclusive mixtape for Bathroom, LeMarquis is crafts a mix varying in disco, hip-hop, and R&B; both familiar (Stardust – Music Sounds Better With You (Kource Edit)) and unfamiliar (Vanilla – Dreamin’).

Stream LeMarquis’s remix of “Stand Up” and his exclusive mix for Bathroom below. The tracklist is available on Soundcloud.
